[WICKET-5975] AjaxFallbackOrderByBorder wicketOrder[Up|Down|None] class missing

Description

The class of the OrderByLink in the AjaxFallbackOrderByBorder is not set on the AjaxFallbackOrderByBorder in Wicket 7, this was the case in Wicket 6.
I will include two quickstarts using Wicket 6 and 7 to demonstrate this.
