Stateless forms does not work when RecreateMountedPagesAfterExpiry turned off

    Description

      If somebody will turn off RecreateMountedPagesAfterExpiry: getPageSettings().setRecreateMountedPagesAfterExpiry(false).

      Then he will always get Page expired on stateless form submit.
