Description

The download page mentions the following releases:

Latest stable release: 6.12.0
Latest 6.x release: 6.12.0
Latest 1.5.x release: 1.5.10

However, only the "stable" release points to the ASF mirroring system.

This is wrong, as it places additional load on the archive server (as well as wasting space on the 3rd party mirrors).

The download page must direct users to the ASF mirror system for all current releases.
