[WICKET-5197] Rename AjaxRequestAttributes#allowDefault to #preventDefault

Description

Rename AjaxRequestAttributes#allowDefault to #preventDefault to be in sync with jQuery.
Also change the default behavior to be allowed, i.e. by default preventDefault should be false.
