[WICKET-5183] relative urls aren't correct https

Description

As of wicket 6.7.0 issue WICKET-4903 has been fixed.
Now the URL's are printed correctly, but the protocol isn't correct.
It's always http.
Can this be fixed please as some browsers (as Chrome) blockes this kind of includes as insecure content.
