Change the license of the nl.openedge.util.jetty in wicket-examples.

The license is currently BSD (though there is no direct reference to that, I know as I was the one who put the license in there in the first place), but I'd like to change it to ASF 2. OpenEdge was an experimental company backed by Topicus that ceased to exist about two years ago. Also, I wrote 100 procent of the code, all in my free time.
