[WICKET-3430] Wicket example ajax modal-window does not work with the "dialog with panel"

Description

The ajax Wicket example "modal-window" does not show a modal window when clicking the link "Show modal dialog with panel". The modal window does show up when clicking "Show modal dialog with a page" however.

Clicking the link "Show modal dialog with panel" produces the following error in Wicket Ajax Debug :
