Description

Something goes wrong in page rendering in SignInPage_ru.html
Take a look at attached screenshot: while fields displayed correctly, title and H1 header are not

Situation may be corrected if we put xml header in html. Same goes for every localized page in auth-roles.
I attached new version too.
