[WICKET-2333] RatingPanel doesn't "wrap" models

Description

I tried to pass instances of ComponentPropertyModel class to RatingPanel constructor,
but it leads to IllegalStateException("Wrapper should have been called") on attempt to call ComponentPropertyModel.getObject method.

Fix is rather trivial, see attached patch.
