ComponentResourceRequestTarget#detach(RequestCycle) calls page#internalDetach()

This results in Page#onDetach() being called as many times as there are images or whatever on your page, which seems entirely wrong. Mentioned this to ivaynberg on IRC and he said: "we should have theadlocal guards".
