Description

I've created a patch that makes SelectOptions more flexible, as it now allows customization of
the created SelectOption objects (e.g. adding an AjaxEventBehavior).
The patch also extends the javadoc of Select, I've added an example on how to use Select, SelectOptions and SelectOption
