    Description

      Similar to TENTACLES-20 whisker needs to adapt as well to stay compliant/compatible with the latest changes in the maven-site-plugin/deps/skins.

      • Update JAR plugin due to MSITE-1018 and remove fixed buildTimestamp
      • make sure taglist report is available as in tentacles
