[WHIRR-756] provide AWS subnet ID as a option from recipe file

Description

when deploying services in a EC2 VPN environment using whirr, there is no option to mention the specific Subnet ID in which user wants to start his instances. Having a option to pass this through recipe file will solve the problem.
