[WHIRR-709] Hadoop defaults fail to install due to version bump @ osuosl.org

Description

Hadoop 1.0.3 is no longer hosted at the URL indicated [1], unfortunately.
As a result trunk (bumped to 1.0.3 since WHIRR-661) does not work unless
the download URL or a different version is manually set in the config properties.

I have confirmed that version 1.0.4 works fine (in AWS with defaults),
so perhaps make that the default?
