Description

As Adrian explained on the email list the upgrade to jclouds 1.0-beta-9
brings the following changes to cloud providers names:

• aws-ec2 = Amazon's EC2
• eucalyptus-partnercloud-ec2 = Eucalyptus' Partner Cloud
• cloudservers-us = Rackspace CloudServers in US
• cloudservers-uk = Rackspace CloudServers in UK
• trmk-vcloudexpress = Terremark's vCloud Express
• trmk-ecloud = Terremark's Enterprise Cloud

• Note that there are more providers than this list, just these are the ones
  currently with Jiras associated*

We should also update all the related site pages and recipes.
