[WEEX-222] Sticky header in waterfall is not sticky

Description

• Just upgrade weex_sdk to 0.18.0. But the sticky header is not sticky in playground app.
• DotWe link is official waterfall example
• I have tried this waterfall example in Taobao app. Scan result has same problem that the sticky header is not sticky.
• But I downgrade to SDK 0.17. It works.
