Description

Protobuf-String Template Tool does not follow project and Apache Conventions.

• Dependencies out-of-date
• Package structure currently org.waveprotocol.pst
• Only skinny jar made, no "fat" jar

Recommended chnages:

• update dependencies that do not cause large rewrites (new protobuf coming, new antlr)
• Change package structure to org.apache.wave.pst
• create fatjar task
