[WAGON-249] Unable to scp more than 2G of file

Description

The transfer stops at 2147483648 and hang.

Problem occurs with maven-stage-plugin with large stage repo.

Can be reproduced with wagon-maven-plugin:upload-since -Dwagon.url=scp://localhost -Dwagon.fromFile=a.large.file
