[WAGON-129] wagon-http-lightweight does not support basic authentication

Description

The lightweight version of Wagon-HTTP does not apply the AuthenticationInfo to the Authenticator. Please see the attached patch for a solution.

This would be extremely useful to have included in m2-alpha-2.
