Description

If the client provides a resource name to bind we should use it, instead of just assigning a UUID and ignoring theirs. This patch fixes that. It also checks for dups, and attaches a UUID onto the end of their suggested one.

Ive changed the way Entity and ResourceId are related. Instead of a resource being represented as a String, Ive represented it always as an Entity. I think its much cleaner this way.
