!= operator missing from documentation

      Description

      Velocity allows the != operator to be used, but the documentation
      does not mention it. (I could not find it in the user's guide,
      the developer's guide, or the VTL reference guide.) There seems
      to be a list of operators in the VTL guide in the section on
      #if, but != is not there.

        added to source control for 1.5 docs. Eventually this will migrate to web site.

        I'd like to see an "operators" section in the VTL reference, covering all the
        operators VTL supports.

        Paul, which guide(s) would you expect to find it also referenced in? It's a
        completely reasonable thing to mention in more places than the language spec.

        You can find it in the BNF Specification, under equality-expression.
