I built http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/velocity/site/site/ with Maven and it installed velocity-site-skin-1.2.3.jar in my local repository.
However, I still wasn't able to call "mvn site" for http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/velocity/engine/trunk/ because it expects velocity-site-skin-1.2.0.jar.
As a quick workaround I just renamed the file in my local repository but there's probably a better way.
