Description

An enhancement proposal:
Add the ability to specify the anchor for (sub)sections in site.vsl.

The problem arises when anchor names have spaces in them. With my IE,
even though clicking on the link to anchors on the same page jumps
there, putting the link on a new IE shows only the top of the page.
