[VCL-961] VCL may clobber custom network configurations on Linux images

Description

During image capture, vcld recreates /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0 and ifcfg-eth0 with a very simple DHCP configuration. This breaks things if the image creator configured a bridged interface.

The code should be updated to intelligently reconfigure these files when enabling DHCP, leaving a bridge intact if configured.

Any Red Hat 6.x and earlier based image is affected including CentOS 6.x.
