[VCL-937] Increase max length of duration limited images from 45 days to 20 weeks

Description

For reservations that have the end time determined by selecting a duration, the max duration is currently 45 days. This was due to a database field limitation. The type of that field has since been increased. It would be helpful to now allow durations up to 20 weeks, which would allow users to make reservations for a whole semester.
