Description

The EmptyRecycleBin.exe utility gets called from sysprep.cmd during image capture. It occasionally hangs and never terminates. This utility really isn't necessary. I believe Sysprep.exe takes care of emptying the recycle bin. This needs to be confirmed. A better approach would be to call cleanmgr.exe. This is already being called in the Vista code.
