Description

Modify the scheduler to give a user a different computer if they made a reservation within the last hour that was very short and there are other computers available to the user that can load the image. There are some unknown cases where a user cannot access a reserved computer that should be considered a failure by the backend that are not flagged as failed. This results in a user ending the reservation, creating a new reservation, and getting the same computer that is having a problem.
