Description

utils.pm::firewall_compare_update checks the firewall configuration on Windows computers and compares it against the remote IP address of the user. This gets periodically called when a reservation is in the inuse state. It allows the firewall exception to be updated if the user's remote IP address changes.

The code should be moved to the OS modules. Currently, it only supports Windows 5.x OS's. The netsh commands will not work on Windows 6.x.
