[VCL-361] Error is displayed on pages showing image list if last used image is deleted

Description

An error is displayed if a user's last used image is deleted when either the "New Reservation" or "Create / Update an Image" page is displayed.

Unkown error type: [8] Undefined index: 911
Error at 148 in /srv/apache/vcl.ncsu.edu/scheduling/.ht-inc/requests.php

I encountered this when manually setting image.deleted = 1 in the database. I'm not sure if this would occur if done via the website.

Steps to reproduce:
-Make a reservation for "Image X"
("Image X" now is automatically selected when you view "New Reservation")
-Set deleted = 1 for "Image X" in the database
-Navigate to "New Reservation", the error is displayed
