Description
User accounts and profiles are deleted as part of the Windows image capture process. This occurs early on in the sequence to prevent the user from being able to log back in after the process has started. This step only applies if the user makes a normal reservation and then decides to save an image. For normal imaging reservations, the Administrator account isn't altered.
Image captures occasionally fail because files in the user's profile cannot be deleted. The capture sequence should be modified to not fail if the first deletion attempt fails, and to try a 2nd time after the computer has been rebooted.
