Description

If a machine is reclaimed within 50 minutes of a scheduled block reservation. The wrong image could be returned to be loaded. Add simple check for the computer in the block computers table.

can use utils.pm is_inblockrequest routine. Need to add a routine to return the information on the block request, imageid, start time, etc.
