Description

vmware.pm is not using the virtualswitch0 value in the vmprofile table to configure eth0 in loaded images. This should be done to allow for configuration flexibility.

The database scheme allows vmprofile.virtualswitch0 and virtualswitch1 to be null. These should not be allowed to be null. The defaults should be:
virtualswitch0 = VMnet0
virtualswitch1 = VMnet2
