Description

The vcld wouldn't start when vcld.conf is configured as follows:

LockerWrtUser=vcl_mn even when that user exists with proper permissions in the mysql database. It works when then reconfigured to use

LockerWrtUser=vcl with an identical vcl user in the mysql database
