Description
IE's runonce registry keys should be set so users don't see the initial IE setup page which asks them to set the search and phishing filter settings. This has been problematic for image creators. They will set it in the default profile and the settings seem to get lost when an image is captured.
A subroutine should be created and a step added to Windows.pm::pre_capture() to disable IE's runonce feature.
