[VCL-1002] Reinstall option does not ask if you'd like to install newer production revision

Description

I came across a situation where an image revision had been updated with important changes and a user had a reservation for an older revision of that image. I was hoping that the user could use the Reinstall option to reload the comptuer with the newer, production revision.

This is not possible AFAIK. When the user attempts to reinstall, it only reinstalls the revision originally set for the reservation. No revision selection pop-ups are displayed.

It might be useful to display a revision selection pop-up when the reinstall option is used and the original reservation image revision is not the current production revision.
