    Description

      I am trying to build 1.1.3 from sources (for an update of the jpackage.org RPM)
      and the build fails because the build.xml file expects to find the DTDs in
      conf/share/ but this not anylonger in the source tar ball (1.1.3). It used to
      be there in the 1.0.2 tar ball.
