Remove dependency in sandbox projects (specifically, uima-as, maybe others) for base uimaj-distr for required files. uima-as-distr build has dependency on uimaj-examples/src/main/eclipseProject/project, also - fix this. also- fix dependency in docbook build on uima-docbooks/src/docbook/entities.ent
