Description

These tests for some reason fail cleaning up after themselves - but only on Windows:

Build / Matrix - PLATFORM = 'Windows' / PR build / org.apache.uima.fit.component.CasDumpWriterTest.test{Path}
Build / Matrix - PLATFORM = 'Windows' / PR build / org.apache.uima.fit.factory.JCasBuilderTest.test{Path}
