Description

Trying to deploy an example Vinci service via the UIMA Start Vinci Service.launch does not work because the Vinci deployment descriptors contain a hard-coded absolute path:

    <parameter name="resourceSpecifierPath" value="C:/Program Files/apache-uima/examples/descriptors/tutorial/ex4/MeetingDetectorTAE.xml"/>
