Description

1. add classNameFromByteCode
2. add setAsList (access a set of elements as a list, without making a list)
3. support various pretty printing things with indentation control. Include a list formatter that for short lists keeps things on one line, but for longer lists, switches to an item per line format.
4. add some javadoc comments
5. add dumpByteArray - convert to nicely formatted string
