[UIMA-5084] DUCC Web Server (WS) does not reflect PM to Agent publication size on Daemons page

Description

The PM presently makes two publications.

The first is published on a regular interval and is of constant size. This is an aliveness indicator for Web Server (WS).

The second is published only when there is something for Agent(s) to do, but its size varies depending on current Job/Reservation/Service activities.

Until now, the WS only considered the first publication for display of size (last) and size (max) for PM on the Daemons page.
