Description

For uima-ducc-vm.apache.org the use of ssh is discouraged (ok, prohibited). Nominally, DUCC start_sim and stop_sim employ ssh even when host is local for simulated nodes.

We introduce a new flag ducc.ssh in ducc.properties which when not present or true uses ssh as usual, but when false (for a single system test or demo cluster) bypasses use of ssh and issues commands directly.
