[UIMA-4751] UIMA-AS: improve msg service dumps on stdout when is looses broker connection

Description

When UIMA-AS service looses connection to a broker, it dumps:
Could not refresh JMS Connection for destination 'queue://MeetingDetectorTaeQueue' - silently retrying in 5 ms. Cause: Could not connect to broker URL: tcp://localhost:61616. Reason: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused

This comes from Spring, add additional msg saying the the service will retry until successful. Also, add another line which states the connection was recovered and service is ready to process again
