[UIMA-4695] java-viaducc should return stderr messages on stderr so will be red in Eclipse

Description

When --attach_console is specified for an AP ducc_ling should not combine the stdout & stderr streams. Also the [1] prefix on the redirected console messages should be removed for APs.
