Description

Everytime a client sends GetMeta request the UIMA-AS service bloats metadata by adding AEInstanceCount parameter. This parameter is added only for informational purposes to let the client know how many AE instances are available for processing.
DUCC Service Manager process sends GetMeta requests frequently to many services it manages and over time service metadata becomes large enough to cause OOM in the SM.
Modify UIMA-AS to add the parameter only once.
