Description

The agent collect CPU utilization for each of JPs by sampling data from proc filesystem. The information collected is a cumulative since the process started. In addition to that the agent should expose the CPU utilization since the last time the sampling was done to show more accurate reading. Modify the collector to compute delta and modify IDuccProcess to include additional CPU stats.
