Description

Ducc's main pom should inherit maven-changes-plugin which fixes JIRA reporting. For the first DUCC release disable this plugin by using empty phase like so: <phase></phase>. For the future releases change the global variable jira.version to jiraVersion which is used by maven-changes-plugin in the parent-pom
