Description

When searching forward, the NEAR conditions matches differently than when searching backwards.

For example:
Institution Date

Here the rule

Date{NEAR(Institution, 1, 1, false, true)};

matches but the rule

Institution{NEAR(Date, 1, 1, true, true)};

doesn't.
