[UIMA-2516] change the /d/ documentation part of our website to use our svn

Description

Infrastructure requires we put all parts of our website into SVN. So we need to "undo" the earlier work where we took generated html/pdfs out of our site svn and put them into p.a.o, in directory www/uima.apache.org/d/. Besides copying this stuff into SVN, the website links need to be updated. This likely involves changing the project macro.
