[UIMA-2139] Annotate short cut shift + enter does not work

Description

A user reported that the Shift + Enter short cut to annotate something does not work.
He tested on Ubuntu and Windows, it seems also broken on OS X.

I believe this was caused by the recent changes to the short cut handling which
went into the Cas Editor after the 2.3.1 release.
